With the help of this report, you can perform a partial inspection of the substances stored within the organization or their maximum stock levels following PGS15 regulations. This inspection is carried out in line with the guidelines stated in the 'Manual PGS15 version 2016', which is available on the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management website. In this scenario, partial inspection means not examining all aspects of the PGS15 requirements related to the stored substances.

Substances will be inspected for the following requirements:

In the overview, you can specify a space along with which source should be used as 'the stock' (either the maximum stock or the current stock), and the system will examine this space and all of its subordinate spaces. Spaces stated as being part of superior spaces will be considered part of the upper area. The space stock will subsequently be added to the superior space's maximum stock amount.

If one of the PGS15 regulations is exceeded, the space and the recorded stock in it will be added to the list, along with a comment about the broken rules. Substances that do not need to be included in the analysis because they are not PGS15 substances but must be included due to regulation will be highlighted in red on the list.

If a PGS15 issue has been detected in the currently active room, you can access the overview via the space or pot screen. This enables the analysis of the selected space. Furthermore, the overview is accessible from a screen that manages pot changes (such as issue, move, and return to warehouse). Any pending changes will be considered during the analysis. If these changes cause a substance mutation within the space, the report will show in italics text.
