You can enter the different cost centers here. If a cost center is linked to a specific space, you can specify this space restrictions.

In the authorisation roles, you can define which spaces are visible or editable for each role. For each user, you can also decide whether this information should be used to filter elements linked to the room. If a user is set to use authorised spaces for filtering linked elements (see Authorisation Role), then only cost centers with no space restriction or those associated with an authorised space will be displayed.
