Settings for users with Microsoft Entra ID

If you have taken the 'Entra ID-connection' module, you can enter your Entra ID registration information in the 'Settings for users with Entra ID' tab. When you purchase the module, you will receive a manual on how to register SOFOS360 in your Entra environment.

 

Disclaimer text

The 'Disclaimer text' tab enables you to enter the text you want to include under each report in four languages.

 

Waste

If you purchased the 'Waste' module, you can record some general information about it in the 'Waste' tab. If you always invoice waste costs to a specific unit (employee, department, cost center, or project), make sure you select this in the 'Invoice waste processing to'-field. If you do not want to check, choose 'No check' in this field. It may not be possible to invoice waste costs if the responsible party for a given barrel is unknown.

Fill in the 'Default location for empty barrels' and 'Default location for full barrels' fields with the default location that will be used in the screens for receiving empty or full barrels.  

 

Settings

On the 'Settings' tab, you have the option to specify whether a substance that's newly retrieved from the 'External Databases Module' should be displayed straight away on the 'Information Portal Module'. Additionally, you can indicate whether a newly entered substance should be instantly visible on the information portal. Lastly, you can specify if a newly imported substance should be released immediately.

You can also specify whether you use actual individual pots for stock administration or anonymous stock administration in which it is only determined that a pot is in the warehouse, has been issued, or has been used. Not a specific pot with a pot number.

Attention! Please note that once you have opted for anonymous stock administration, you will not be able to switch to pot-based stock administration. This is because some fields that are required in pot-based stock administration are no longer needed in anonymous stock administration. If you do make the switch back, you may see error messages when trying to modify certain pots.
