Using this function, you can create a report of the process exposure overview of the processes in your CMR process records. In other words: ‘Which persons or departments were exposed how often to which substances in a selected period’.

Here you specify the period over which you want to create the overview. You also have the option of zooming in specifically on a department, substance or employee. For process steps to which departments are linked, you can choose to show the employees of that department instead of the department name. If you have used GROS in the past and want to make the CMR registration recorded there visible, you can indicate this in the “Include conversion data” field.

Using the “Create for Excel” parameter you can prepare the output for export to Excel. After creating the report with this function, you can use the Export button at the top of the screen to export the result to Excel for further analysis.
