Through this screen you can reset the password of a user. SOFOS 360® will initially generate a random password that you can change yourself. You can also empty the password field if the user does not need to enter a password. However, this is not recommended due to the security of your data.

Via the button "Reset password"the user's password is changed and the user is informed that the password must be changed immediately after logging in. If you do not want to do this, after closing the "Change password" screen, click on the pencil above the "Change user" screen and remove the check mark "Change password at login". After resetting the password, this check mark will always be enabled behind the screens even if it is not immediately visible on the screen.
