This overview contains all the waste code as laid down in the European Waste List (EURAL). This list has been established by the Commission of the European Communities in order to enable an unambiguous characterisation of waste within the European Union.

The subdivision is partly by industry or activity and consists of a maximum 6-digit code with a description.

Because the Euralcode is an official list, you will generally not modify the list yourself.
