A barrel can be viewed or changed in this screen. A barrel is created from the 'Received waste packaging' action in the 'Waste packaging overview' or 'Mutate waste packaging' screen. Almost every field can be changed in the screen. Normally, this screen is only used to make a correction to an existing barrel. Mutations that should result in a change of status are made by using the actions performed on the mutation screen.

Every change is recorded in the history. If necessary, a motivation for the manual correction can be entered in the 'Motivation' area. This motivation is stored in the history.

The fields related to costs ('Package price', 'Additional costs', 'Interen transport costs') can be filled in if you want to charge the used entity and / or transport of the barrel to the linked entity at a later time ( Department, Employee, Project or cost center). If you do not do this, you do not have to enter this information in the waste article or container. If you want to charge the transport costs to the linked entity then you enter the costs of internal transport (you may indicate whether the costs entered must be calculated per kg) and check the field 'Internal transport'.

The following actions are possible in this screen:

• Barrel full: This function is used when a barrel with content is received. Such a barrel is then ready to be discharged in a shipment.
• Issuance: You use this function when a barrel is moved from the warehouse to a department.
• Back to warehouse: This function is used to mark a barrel as 'In warehouse' again.
• Consume: This function is used to report a barrel as used. If a barrel can no longer be used, you can indicate this with this function. The status of the barrel is set to consumed and the barrel can no longer be mutated.
• Redistribute: You use this function when one or more barrels is being transferred to another barrel. If it is indicated for the transferred drums that the drum can be reused, the drum will be placed empty in the magazine. Otherwise the thrown barrel is considered consumed.
• Disposal: With this function, one or more barrels can be included in a shipment.
