With the report Waste treatment costs you can calculate the waste treatment costs for a certain group. With the help of this data you can then create an invoice. Creating an invoice with SOFOS360 is not possible. This will have to be done in another program.

When you start the report, you first choose the group for which you want to calculate the disposal waste costs. You can select from an overview per cost center, project, department or employee. You can also specify the period over which you want to make the overview. When creating the overview, only the barrels where the field of the selected group will be filled will then be selected.

You can then indicate whether you want to follow the details of any previously made overview (standard choice) or whether you want to create a completely new overview. When you create an overview for a specific period you can record (with the selection field: Record overview data) the data related to the overview. From a technical point of view, the date of making the overview is recorded in the shipment and at the barrels in the overview. If you make changes to the shipment at a later time because, for example, you have received the final transport and/ or processing costs, then by taking into account the overviews made earlier, you can only have the changes compared to the earlier made overviews calculated. You actually make an overview of only the corrected waste processing costs, which were implemented after the first overview was made. However, it is not possible to include corrections to corrections in the overview in this way. If you enter a correction to a correction in a shipment, when making a new overview taking into account the previously made overview, the correction then present will be considered the correction. Any previously made overviews with only the old correction will be ignored.

If you do not choose to ignore the previous overviews, all costs incurred including any corrections will be included in the overview.

With the help of the field 'Record overview data' you save the date of the creation of the report. If you do not do this, each overview that you create will be the complete overview without taking into account any previously incurred (and possibly invoiced) waste processing costs.

You can also choose to make the overview for one specific shipment.
