Articles can now be provided with a UNSPSC code to allow them to be connected to an external system. UNSPSC is a coding system for products and services in the e-Commerce. The code has four primary levels: Segment, Family, Class, and Raw material.

Example:

Raw material	10 10 19 01	Butterflies

The updated UNSPSC list will be available for download and import into Sofos 360.

In the menu you need to select: 'External lists -> UNSPSC List'. A grid is shown with the current list of UNSPSC codes. To import the new list you need to select "Update UNSPSC list" after which a pop-up is shown. You then need to select "Retreive and process UNSPSC-list" to import de lijst and update all concerning substances. If you want to, you can also add or edit UNSPSC data manually.
