This screen allows you to modify the data of an existing web link. In the field 'address' you can enter the address of the link. Make sure you include the full address. So if you want to include a link to for example www.google.nl then fill in 'https://www.google.nl' as the address. Besides the 'normal' addresses of websites you can also fill in an email address. Once you click on the link, your mail program will automatically be started to create an email to the specified email address. The same goes for the integration with, for example, a telephone program. In that case you fill in the following address: tel:1234567890. The link with such a program often needs some extra adjustment to work correctly.

By using the 'Direct link' field, you can include a reference to this web link on, for example, your intranet. You can then directly access the web link in SOFOS360 without having to log in to SOFOS360.

On the tab 'Linked to' you will see an overview of all elements to which the web link is linked within SOFOS360. The actual linking of the web link is done at the elements where such a link can be made (e.g. at a substance, employee or company).
