The ZZS list is a list of substances that are harmful to humans and the environment because, for example, they are carcinogenic, affect reproduction or accumulate in the food chain.

When the new list is available it will be updated in our web service and you can import it into Sofos 360.

To import the new list, select Import ZZS list and a pop-up will be shown. If you choose "Import ZZS list" in the pop-up the list will be retrieved from our web service.

When there are substances within SOFOS360 that are on the ZZS list these are marked as ZZS substance during import. If the box "Respect list" is checked the information on the ZZS-list will be leading. For substances that are not on the ZZS list and where it is possibly indicated manually that the substance should be considered a ZZS substance, the "ZZS" checkbox will be unchecked.

When the checkbox "Respect list" is unchecked the field 'ZZS' will only be set if the substance is on the list. For substances that are not on the list, the 'ZZS' field will not be updated.
