It is important for every organisation to have a security policy under the GDPR . It is not only important to make the company data available to everyone at the right level in the right way, but also insight into users and other stakeholders is important.

SOFOS 360® gives you the option to enter and display an overview of employees. These are not by definition the users, they can also be people who need to be informed about, for example, transport requests, incidents, and so on. The employees can also be linked to a (new to be created) user.

In the main screen you see an overview of all employees. You can enter, edit, delete an employee or export the overview to another file.

Take the AVG or GDPR into account when processing personal data and data that can be traced to a person. Your own security officer can tell you more about this.
