You can use this window to plan local transportation, specifically for the transport of hazardous substances in compliance with the 1000-point regulation. This regulation determines which compounds are allowed for transportation based on a predefined set of rules, with points calculated accordingly. With the 'New button', you can create a new transport. You will be taken to a screen where you can specify the date of transport as well as fill out various fields based on the pots to be transported. You can add pots to be transferred to the transport by clicking the 'New' button above the overview with the pick list lines.

After clicking the 'New' button, a screen will open with two sections. On the left, you will see a list of all pots in your organization with the status 'At receiving site'. The right section shows all of the pots that are currently in transport. The buttons between these two sections allow you to add or delete pots from the transport. When you close the overview, the system calculates the total points for the transport. If your total is less than 1000 points, you are exempt from certain ADR regulations. If your points exceed 1000, you can go to the pick list rules overview, select pots, and use the red cross to remove them from the transport.

When you select a transport from the transport overview, you can use the report button at the top of the screen to print a report on the transport. The overview displays the various points of the selected substances.

When the transport has been established and transported, you can utilize the 'Process picklist' button to change the status of the pots in transport to 'Issued'. The pick list will subsequently be marked as processed and removed from the list of active pick lists. After selecting a pick list, the button is active.
