When a new list is available, it is published in the ITIS newsletter, and you can retrieve and process it by clicking the 'Retrieve REACH authorisation list' function.

Following this function, all substances in your administration will be checked for the existence of the substance on the list. If you specify that a substance is on the REACH authorisation list, the processing will respect that and will not remove the check mark if the item is not on the list.

However, if you want to completely follow the list, select the 'Respect list' checkbox. During processing, the REACH authorisation indicator will be removed from substances that are not on the list and added to substances that are on the list.
