Menu > Go to > Stock > Article > Actions > Received article

This screen allows you to create one or more pots for an item. There are two forms of 'reception' (see the 'Receipt Type' field):

The screen automatically fills as many fields as possible. The mandatory fields are the following:

Depending on the type of receipt:

When using anonymous stock management (without individual containers), only the cylinder number, next inspection date, and expiration date are required. Unless the user settings indicate that cylinder information is required.

Direct issuance also allows you to create and print issue forms. It is not possible to create a distribution form after you have created the pots.

When it comes to a bulk article, you can either make a bulk pot or immediately repackage it into individual pots. A bulk pot is a packaging unit (pot) that consists of several separate packages but is administratively considered as a single pot. You can later 'repack' a bulk pot into individual pots.

On receipt of a cylinder, you must enter a cylinder number, next inspection date, and expiration date. If it concerns a bulk article with cylinders, this information must be entered for each cylinder number.

It is possible to print labels directly. This is selected on the screen.

During issuance, you must specify where the pot(s) should be placed. If there is a PGS15 issue in that space, or if an issue emerges after placing the current pot(s), the 'PGS15 issues' button will be active. Clicking the button will open a report containing the current space's analysis, including the current pot(s) virtually placed in the specified location.

To determine whether the button should be active or inactive, the logged-in user's authorization roles will not be used. However, when showing the report, the current roles will be used. This means that the button may be activated, but the report may not contain any errors. If a user accesses the report without all of the necessary permissions, the report will show this. In such cases, the report may be incomplete due to the user's limited permissions.

After filling in all the information, click the "Create pots" button. With the data entered, one or more pots are made for each article (depending on the number of received articles).

After creating the pots, the mutation screen is blocked except for the label fields, and you can see or print a processing report, label, or issue form.

If the 'Immediate print label' checkbox is checked, the label will be created as a PDF file after the pots are created, and the standard PDF viewer installed on your system will open. Depending on the reader you're using (for example, Acrobat Reader or FoxIt PDF Reader), the label and a print preview will be displayed. If your printer and label format settings are correct, press Enter to print the label immediately. It is not advised to use a web browser as your primary PDF reader because they may not always have the ability to immediately show a print preview.
