Issuance
Menu > Go to > Stock > Pot > Actions > Issuance

Using the "Issuance" screen, a pot can be distributed to a person, room, project, or cost center. A pot can only be used if it has the status "In warehouse". If there are more pots in the room (the warehouse) with the same article, weight, and price, they will be shown in another overview. In this overview, the extra pots can be selected and issued all at one time. In this overview, you can enter the expiration date and free code for each pot. Any changes made are automatically saved after a certain amount of time.
When an employee has been selected, an issue form can be created. This form can be signed by the designated employee as proof of delivery. The number of this form is recorded with the pot. If necessary, a label can be selected and printed directly, and the pot's price can be adjusted accordingly.

If you want to move several pots to the same room, you can select the room name and copy it to the clipboard using Ctrl-C. When you issue the next pot, use CTL-V to paste the room name directly into the room field. This will save you time.

If there is a PGS15 problem in the room or if a problem occurs after placing the current pot, the 'PGS15 reports' button will become active. Clicking on the button will open the report with the current space's analysis, in which the current pot will be virtually placed in the chosen space and included.

To determine whether the button should be active or inactive, the logged-in user's authorization roles will not be used. When you view the report, the current roles will be used. As a result, the button may be active but the report may not contain any problems. If a user does not have all rights, the report will indicate this. The report may be incomplete because the user does not have all rights.

The "Issue pot(s)" button connects the pots to the entered data, creates two historical pots (with data from before and after the issue), and changes the status to 'Issued'.

After issuing, the processing report and label can be viewed and printed. If it is indicated that an issue form must also be created, this can be viewed and possibly printed.

If the 'Immediate print label' checkbox is checked, the label will be created as a PDF file after the pots are created, and the standard PDF viewer installed on your system will open. Depending on the reader you're using (for example, Acrobat Reader or FoxIt PDF Reader), the label and a print preview will be displayed. If your printer and label format settings are correct, press Enter to print the label immediately. It is not advised to use a web browser as your primary PDF reader because they may not always have the ability to immediately show a print preview.
