This screen allows you to return a distributed pot to the warehouse. Only the field "Space" is required. If a pot has been in a room with the status "In warehouse", that room is considered the warehouse and is pre-filled. If there is a PGS15 problem in that room, or if a problem comes after setting the current pot, the 'PGS15 reports' button will become active. Clicking the button will open the report with the current space analysis, in which the current pot will be virtually placed in the selected space and included in the analysis.
To determine whether the button should be active or inactive, the logged-in user's authorized roles will not be used. When you see the report, the existing roles will be used. As a result, the button may be activated yet the report may not contain any errors. If a user does not have all rights, the report will indicate this. The report may be incomplete since the user does not have all rights.
The pot's price can be modified, even set to zero. If it is a bulk article, the quantity cannot be changed. After all, it is a fully returned package. If a large item arrives, it must first be repackaged into other pots before the remaining pots are returned. Unpacking is accomplished using the "Unpacking/repacking" operation. If the pot is not in bulk, the quantity can be modified. The price will be adjusted appropriately. Manual changes to the pricing are also possible. Any consumption can be charged to the consumer using the "Invoices" report.
The "To warehouse" button changes the status of the pot and accepts the given information. Furthermore, two historical pots are created: one with data before the return and one with data post-return. Following processing, the processing report and label can be printed.
If the 'Immediate print label' checkbox is checked, the label will be created as a PDF file as soon as the pots are returned, and the default PDF viewer installed on your system will open. Depending on the viewer (for example, Acrobat Reader or FoxIt PDF Reader), the label will be displayed, followed by an immediate print preview. When the printer information and label format are correct, press the Enter key to print the label directly. You should not use a web browser as your main PDF reader because they do not always provide the ability to quickly display a print screen.
