This screen gives an overview of an order. In this screen an order can be booked or cancelled or an order line can be cancelled. An order on which no receipts have been processed yet, which has been manually cancelled or of which all order lines have been manually cancelled can be deleted.

An order can be cancelled manually. In that case, all linked order requests will be marked as "still to be ordered" again. If partial receipts have been processed on one or more order requests, these partial receipts will be processed in the requests so that when an order is made again on the basis of these requests, the quantity still to be received will be taken as the number of orders.

An order line can have the following statuses:

• Ordered (the order has been created and possibly passed on to the supplier).
• Partially processed (a partial receipt has been processed).
• Fully processed (all desired items have been received and processed).
• Manually cancelled (the order line has been cancelled).

An order may have similar statuses.

Via the button Order received the current order can be received. A screen will now be displayed with which the order can be booked in.

Additionally, this screen also shows the detailed information for an order as following:

• Supplier
• Order number
• Expected delivery date
• Order date
• Index number
• Status
• Comments
