In this screen you can enter the condition under which a certain authorisation must be in force. This can be done visually or by entering the text. By clicking on the "visual" tab you add a criteria line.
A sentence consists of a field and a condition (for example: 'Name starts with "K" or ADR class is not equal to "3").
In the sentence you can adjust the field by clicking on the name of the field present. You will then receive a list of all fields of the current entity. Adjusting the condition is done in the same way. The value you can enter depends on the field chosen. For example, the descent can only be chosen from possible origins, and a yes-no field can only indicate whether the field must be checked or unchecked.
If you want to combine sentences, you can do so by clicking on the plus again. The sentences will be combined using the word above the two sentences (for example "and"). You can also edit this word by clicking on the word. You will then receive a list of possible combination words.
This way you can create extensive criteria. On the tab "Text" you can view the sentence as you made it in the English language. You can also manually enter new lines in this screen if you prefer. In this text field you can also enter a special function that you can use in a line but that cannot be entered via the "visual" tab. This is the function "CurrentUserId ()" . Using this function you can refer to the currently logged in user and, for example, you can set up an authorization rule that ensures that a user can only read his own data. However, this is only possible if the entity you want to authorize has an "Employee" field that you can include in the criteria.
