Waste packaging received
With this function you can create newly received waste barrels in your administration. This function is generally performed when you receive new waste packaging from a supplier. There are three types of reception:
Via the 'To warehouse' receipt method, the newly created barrel is given the status 'In warehouse'. The location for empty barrels will be filled in as the location. This is recorded in the System settings . Via the 'Distribution' receipt method, the received barrel immediately receives the status 'Issued'. Again, the location for empty barrels is entered as location. If you choose 'Direct intake', the barrel will get the status 'full' and you are obliged to state what is stored in the barrel. You do this by entering a waste stream and a Eural code. The location for full barrels is now entered as the location.
If you enter a waste stream and this stream is linked to waste in which a list of possible egg codes is specified, the list of Eural codes that you can choose in this screen will be filtered on the Eural codes that were assigned to the waste. The same applies to waste flows if an Eural code has first been entered in this screen. In that case, only waste streams will be shown where the chosen Eural code is included in the linked waste or where no Eural codes are included at all.
If the field 'Has barrel number' is checked in the article, then you are obliged to enter the barrel number as it can be found on the packaging. If you want to create more barrels, you must enter a barrel number for all barrels.
If one of the cost fields (Package price, additional costs and / or internal transport costs) is entered, then you are also required to fill in the field that is recorded in the field 'Invoice processing to' in the system settings. However, if 'Do not check' has been entered here, this obligation does not exist.
If all required fields are filled in, you can create the number of barrels via the 'Receive' button as indicated in the 'Number of barrels' field. After this, almost all fields on the screen cannot be adjusted and a label can possibly be printed.
