This screen allows you to transfer several barrels into another barrel. In the 'Barrel' overview, you can select multiple barrels.
You will first see a list of available barrels on the screen into which the previously selected barrel or barrels can be discarded. This list includes all other barrels in your administration that do not have the status 'Unusable' or 'Dispose of'.
You can select one barrel from this list by checking the box at the beginning of the row. The barrel's information will be filled in the summary in the 'Receiving' column. This is the barrel where the redistributable barrels will be transferred.
Below the overview are two columns: 'Donating' and 'Receiving'. The barrel(s) you want to transfer will be listed in the donating column. If you have selected multiple barrels, you will see an overview of the barrels you are donating.
The Donating column allows you to define the new location of the donating barrel or barrels. However, this only makes sense if the donating barrel will be reusable. In that situation, the position you specified in the system settings for empty barrels will be filled in first. You can also specify whether the donation barrel should be reused. If you check the checkbox, the empty barrel space in the system settings will be filled. You can still update this value.
Afterward, you can update the received barrel's data in the "Receiving" column. It's important to note that the new Eural code is necessary.
Once all the information is entered correctly, you can redistribute the barrels by activating the 'Redistribute' button. The receiving barrel contents are supplemented by the contents of the donating barrel or barrels during redistribution. Additionally, the data that you have modified in the receiving barrel will be restored there as well. For historical purposes, a barrel mutation is made for both the receiving and donating barrels, with a note in the description specifying which barrel (or barrels) the donation came from. When
The fields on the screen will become uneditable after redistribution, and you can optionally print a label of the donating barrel.
If the 'Print label immediately' checkbox is checked, the label will be generated as a PDF file as soon as the barrels are re-distributed, and the standard PDF viewer installed on your PC will be launched. Depending on the viewer (for example, Acrobat Reader or FoxIt PDF Reader), the label will be displayed, followed by an immediate print preview. When the printer and label format information are accurate, you can print the label by pressing the Enter key. You should not use a web browser as your main PDF reader because they do not always provide the ability to quickly display a print screen.
