Within a permit, different persons with different roles may be appointed. In this overview you can see the different roles that are possible. Four roles are defined:

• Biological safety officer
• Environmental safety officer
• Responsible employee
• Production employee

These roles cannot be removed and have special meanings within a permit application. In addition to these four fixed roles, you can also add other roles yourself, which you can then link to a permit
