This page displays a limited amount of substance information regarding the identified substance. Aside from the substance's information, it may also display all article codes of the articles it connects to.

There are five or six tabs at the bottom of the screen:

 

Documents

This tab contains connections to the SOFOS360 "Safety Data Sheet" and "Workplace Instruction Card" reports. You can also request these additional documents here if the chemicals manager has linked them to the substance, such as a supplier's SDS. You can access the report or any connected documents by clicking on a line in the overview.

 

Names

This tab lists every name that is associated with the current substance in your SOFOS360.

 

H-phrases

The H-phrases for the selected substance can be viewed here.

 

P-phrases

The P-phrases for the selected substance can be viewed here

 

Mixture components (for a mixture)

If the selected substance is a mixture, this tab will show you an overview of the mixture's components. In addition to the name and percentage, any GHS and Arbo pictograms are visible. By clicking on a line, a new screen appears, displaying the H and P-phrases.

 

Pots

If you have purchased the stock module and your administrator has enabled you to view pots with the selected substance, this tab will display all pots containing items connected to the selected substance. You can see the pots, but the 'Space' field is empty. In this case, your administrator has specified that you can only view the location of pots in spaces that you are allowed.
