This screen can be accessed via 'Go to - substances'. Above the overview of substances (or behind the dots if there is not enough space) you will find the button 'Add/Delete from information portal'.

With the help of this screen you can quickly add or remove a number of substances from the information portal. In the overview you can choose which substances you want to add or remove from the information portal by using the check box at the beginning of the line. With the buttons 'Add' or 'Remove' you indicate if the selected substances should be added to or removed from the information portal.
