This screen can be accessed via 'Go to - Substance '. Choose a substance and place this screen in edit mode by using the pencil. On the tab 'Classification' the P-phrases can be linked to the current substance by using the button 'New' above the overview 'P-phrases'.

After opening the screen you can select one or more P-phrases in the P-phrase overview by checking the checkbox at the beginning of the line. You can use the search field to filter the overview. Any selected P phrases remain selected if you enter a new search term. When you have selected all P phrases that you want to link to the substance you can actually link them to the substance using the 'Add' button in the top right corner. The P-phrase overview will be rebuilt and P-phrases that have already been linked will no longer be visible.

When you have linked all requested P-phrases to the substance, close the screen using the 'Close' button. The P-phrases will become visible with the substance but have not yet been effectively linked. Only after clicking on the button 'Save' the P-phrases will actually be linked to the substance.
