This function is only available if you keep an anonymous stock administration.

This screen allows you to issue an article in the warehouse. The screen displays the number of articles with the status 'In warehouse' in your administration. You can spend a maximum of the specified amount. The only mandatory field is the 'Number of articles to be issued'.

You can optionally specify which room the article is sent to, who got it, and whether a cost center or project should be associated with the item.

If you check the 'Print label immediately' checkbox, a PDF file with the label will be generated as soon as the barrels are returned. After that, your system's default PDF viewer will open. Depending on the reader you are using (for example, Acrobat Reader or FoxIt PDF Reader), the label and a print preview will be displayed. If your printer and label format settings are correct, press Enter to print the label immediately. It is not advised to use a web browser as your primary PDF reader because they may not always have the option to immediately show a print preview.
