This function is only available if you keep an anonymous stock administration.

This function enables you to indicate that issued articles have been returned to the warehouse. In the screen, you can use the employee, space, cost center, and project fields to select all possible issued articles. After changing each selection, the number of possible articles is calculated again and displayed in the 'Number of items issued' field. Additionally, lists of possible other selection criteria will be updated to the properties of the articles yet to be published. In the “Number of items to be returned” field, you can specify how many items with the selection criteria properties entered should be given the “In warehouse” status. 

If you check the 'Print label immediately' checkbox, a PDF file with the label will be generated as soon as the barrels are returned. After that, your system's default PDF viewer will open. Depending on the reader you are using (for example, Acrobat Reader or FoxIt PDF Reader), the label and a print preview will be displayed. If your printer and label format settings are correct, press Enter to print the label immediately. It is not advised to use a web browser as your primary PDF reader because they may not always have the option to immediately show a print preview.
