This screen gives an overview of all current pots (with different statuses). The overview can be filtered in different ways:

• All the pots.
• In warehouse (all pots with status "In warehouse").
• In warehouse and issued (in fact all 'active' pots within the organization).
• Issued (all active pots that are not in a warehouse).
• Used (all pots consumed).
• Expiration date reached (all active pots whose expiration date has passed).
• Back to supplier (all pots sent back to the supplier).

A pot can be hidden based on space, project or cost centre when the "Respect space authorisation for linked elements" checkbox is selected in the user (User) data. See Article" for a detailed description of this mechanism.

Above the overview are all possible actions that are possible on a pot. Depending on the status, some actions are enabled when the pot is selected.

Via the action 'Show report' you can call up an SDS or WIK of the substances linked to the ticked pots. This action is only active if you have ticked one or more pots.
