This screen provides an overview of all current pots, each with various statuses. You can filter the overview in several ways:

• All pots
• In warehouse (all pots with the status "In warehouse")
• In warehouse and issued (all 'active' pots within the organization)
• Issued (all active pots that are not in a warehouse)
• Used (all used pots)
• Expiry date reached (all active pots past their expiry date)
• Returned to supplier (all pots sent back to the supplier)

You can filter pots by space, project, or cost center if the checkbox "Respect room authorisation for linked elements" is checked in the user data. See "Article" for a detailed description of this mechanism.

Above the overview, you will find all possible actions that can be taken on a pot. Depending on the status, some actions are enabled when the pot is selected.

Using the 'Show report' action, you can retrieve an SDS or WIK for the substances linked to the selected pots. This action is only active if you have selected one or more pots.
