User role. Which roles a user has been given depends on the role and function within the company. To adapt this role you are advised to contact your SOFOS 360® administrator.
Via the global settings, it can be indicated whether, and if so which expired documents or pots should be shown after logging into SOFOS360. Furthermore, it can be indicated whether the automatic PGS15 calculation should be performed in the pot screen. Finally, it can be specified that the pot screen should always display a small screen on the right-hand side with the CAS number, the GHS icons and the CMR, ZZS and SZW indication.
A user can specify which fields must be pre-populated in a stock operation. During the operation, this data can still be modified, but by pre-entering the information in this view, you will prevent the user from forgetting anything.
The “Auto create order request when necessary” setting allows you, in case the minimum supply is reached when issuing a pot (normal issue or direct distribution), to trigger automatically that an order request is made. That way the stock would be replenished to fullfill the required settings for the minimum supply.
A user can specify where labels should be printed for different scenario's, and whether package are immediately distributed on receipt.
