Via this screen a scan file with actions can be read and processed. The layout of the file can be described via the menu item "Layout lines file". Actions to be performed are indicated in the scan file with so-called action codes. The translation of an action code in the scan file to an action in SOFOS 360 is recorded via the menu item "Scanner Actioncodes". The location of the scan file is selected as well as the file layout to be used. After both fields have been filled in, the file is automatically read in and analysed.

There are two tabs at the bottom of the screen.

• The tab "Well scanned pots" shows all pots that can be processed correctly.
• The "Pots with scanning errors" tab shows all errors and, if possible, indicates why the pot cannot be processed correctly.

The processing of all well-scanned pots is started via the “Process pots” button. Equal processing will be combined. Successively, the applicable processing screens are started in which the processing can be further carried out.

The following actions can be performed using a scan file:

• Issue
• Expend
• Back to warehouse
• Back to supplier
• Move
• Controleer voorraad in ruimte

In tegenstelling tot de verwerking in GROS kan in één bestand meerdere acties worden opgenomen op meerdere potten. De enige beperking is dat het niet mogelijk is om binnen één bestand verschillende acties op dezelfde pot uit te voeren.
